How do I play with my friends?
On the home screen tap Play with Friends, choose how many players, and create a room. Share the 4-digit code (there is a WhatsApp button), and your friends enter it under Join. When everyone is in, the host starts the match. Empty seats are filled with bots.
Can I keep my progress on a new phone?
Yes, if you sign in with Google (or Apple on iPhone). If you play as a guest, open Settings and tap Add Google (or Add Apple) to this account before switching phones. Your name, buddy and stats move with you.
I uninstalled the game and lost my guest account
A guest account lives only on the phone that created it, so it cannot be restored. If you would like it deleted, email us its username.
How do I change my name or my buddy?
Your name: Settings, then Edit profile. Your buddy: the Skins tab, where you pick a colour and one accessory.
The joystick or buttons are too big or too small
Open Settings, then Controls. You can resize the joystick and the bomb and kick buttons separately, with a live preview.
The game says it cannot reach the server
Check your internet connection and tap Try again. If it keeps happening, the servers may be under maintenance; check back in a few minutes or write to us.
Someone is cheating or has an offensive name
Email us their username and when it happened. We rename offensive names and remove cheaters.
How do I delete my account?
Settings, then Delete account. Without the app, see delete your account.
