Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and the Blast Buddies team ("we") about using the Blast Buddies game and this website (the "service"). By playing you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age for online services where you live if that is higher. If you are under 18, check these terms with a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

You can play as a guest, sign in with Google, or (on iPhone) sign in with Apple. You are responsible for what happens on your account. A guest account is tied to your phone and cannot be recovered if you uninstall the game without adding Google or Apple first.

3. Play fair and be kind

When you play, do not:

• cheat, use bots or modified apps, exploit bugs, or interfere with the servers or other players' games;
• pick a username that is offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonates someone, or includes personal information;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players;
• copy, sell, reverse-engineer or resell the game, except where the law allows it.

We may rename offensive usernames, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

4. The game and its content

We own the game, its art, characters and code. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play it for fun. Colours, accessories and other in-game items have no real-world money value and cannot be exchanged for money.

5. Changes and availability

The game is a live service. We may add, change or remove features, balance gameplay, reset test data during testing, or stop the service. We try to keep the servers running, but we cannot promise they are never interrupted.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond those in these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or in-game progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

8. Ending

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time (Settings, Delete account). We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live elsewhere you also keep the protections of your local consumer law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the game. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
